COVID-19 COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROJECT

Our project is focused on assisting members of our community where they are unable to complete their usual everyday tasks.

The health of you as well as our volunteers is vital; we support the government's social distancing measures.

For us to be able to provide the best service possible to the residents who are self isolating our volunteers use state of the art technology allowing us to run a smooth, efficient and contactless process.

Please remember that the volunteer service is there to help with essential needs only and is not a substitute for using the home delivery services available through most supermarkets.

PRESCRIPTION & MEDICATION COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

If your medication is ready from the dispensary then we can arrange to collect this and deliver it to your door. If you order is received before 12 noon we will look to get this collected and delivered the same day. If your order is received in the afternoon it will be scheduled for the following morning.

*Your local pharmacy or dispensary should let you know when your prescription is ready for collection. The usual processing time is 4 working days. Please make sure that your prescriptions are ready before requesting a delivery.
